Bruce King Funeral Set For Nov. 21 |

The funeral for former Gov. Bruce King has been set for Saturday, Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Moriarty High School gymnasium, according to Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty.
Before the funeral, however, the King will lie in state at the State Capitol in Santa Fe on Friday, Nov. 20 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. King, 85, died Friday, Nov. 13 at his ranch in Stanley. He served three four-years terms as New Mexico's governor, first from 1971 to 1975. He was elected to the office again in 1978 and 1990. Read more about King in Thursday's Mountain View Telegraph.
